Principles of our quality policy
Customer satisfaction is our first and foremost mandate.
We regard customer satisfaction as our key success factor in the global marketplace. We would like to become a reliable partner for our customers, delivering products that meet customer requirements in every respect while operating in a non-bureaucratic and flexible manner to fulfill our customers' wishes.
Quality awareness
In our view, quality awareness means dealing with valuable resources in an effective and gentle fashion. Manufacturing quality products necessarily demands avoiding defects on all order processing stages and consistently eliminating any defect sources. For that reason, targeted quality improvements are a top priority for all our employees. Our quality management documentation lays down rules for our cooperation. Every employee is held responsible for his/her compliance.
Employee orientation
We challenge and encourage all our employees. Our employees are expected to work in a responsible and quality conscious manner at all times. In doing so, we favor a work environment that empowers and motivates all employees to improve the quality of our products, processes and information channels constantly.
Continuous improvements
Here, our guiding principle is simple: Defect avoidance before defect correction. Thus, one of our top quality goals is to produce defect-free products. Producing or uncovering defects reveals possible maladministration albeit offers an improvement opportunity. Now, therefore, producing the same defect twice reveals our inaptitude to learn from it. Continuous improvement of all processes and the effectiveness of our Quality Management Systems are the foundation for our competitiveness and our continued success.
